Uncompahgre Medical Clinic offers many special programs, created to provide great value, and to encourage our patients to participate in preventative care.

Most screenings don’t take long, and yet provide valuable information for your care and wellness.

• Women’s Clinic: complete physical & labs (PAP, CMP, CBC, Cholesterol) $75 (April and October)
• WWC (Women's Wellness Connection): free pap, pelvic, mammogram for qualifying women ages 40- 64
• Men’s clinic: complete physical & labs ( PSA, CMP, CBC, Cholesterol) $75 (January and June)
• Childrens sport physical ($35) (August)
• Colorectal Cancer Screening
• Cancer control screening (cervical & breast)
• Vaccines for children without insurance
• Cardio-vascular screening ( blood pressure, diabetes…)
• San Juan Kid's Cavity Prevention Program
